Materials: plastilene clay, brass furniture tacks, thread, copper wire, wax, gauze, acrylic paint, wire coathanger.
What looks like a welcoming front door wreath is actually a circle of waxy, bullet-shaped objects with shiny brass heads and trailing organic-looking threads. They may be bullets, or spermatozoa, or eyeballs out of the socket. The circular structure of the wreath is a wire coathanger adorned with a yellowing strand of medical gauze.
